okayama
so this is gonna be the shortest post of the trip, i think.
i have been in okayama for a day and a half, and have barely taken any photos. there isn’t a whole lot to do here.
i planned the entire trip except these 2 days, and couldnt decide where to go or what to do. i was already spending 2 days in nara and 4 days in osaka, so extending that even longer didn’t seem like the move. and the place i am going from okayama is wildly ridiculously expensive, so i couldn’t extend that. out of ideas, i actually just asked an ai where i should go between osaka and hiroshima for 2 days. to be honest, i kind of expected it to recommend himeji. but it did not. it recommended okaya. so i said screw it, and booked an airbnb for 2 nights here.
i would not go so far as to call it a mistake, it was just not a very photo heavy experience. its just kind of a regular city. i got 12 photos in the 2 days i was here.
most of the fun stuff i did was going to 2 bars. not very photo-worthy experiences. still having fun, though!
